In July 2022, full-service investment bank Stifel Financial Corp. acquired ACXIT, a leading independent corporate finance and financial advisory firm serving European middle-market corporates and entrepreneurs. The acquisition is the latest milestone in extending Stifel's European footprint further, especially in the key markets of Germany and the wider DACH region.

Following a transition period of six months, operating as ACXIT - A Stifel Company, the company will rebrand as Stifel Europe Advisory GmbH effective January 23rd 2023, completing its integration into Stifel’s European Investment Bank.

In recent months, the cooperation of the Investment Banking industry and product teams has quickly gained momentum, bringing new elements and perspectives to both Continental Europe and UK-based projects.
