Bisher größtes IPO Mitteleuropas

Warschau, 17. Mai 2010. Die internationale Wirtschaftssozietät K&L Gates LLP hat erfolgreich das polnische Finanzministerium in seiner Funktion als Aktionär beim bisher größten Börsengang Mitteleuropas und dem größten Europas seit Dezember 2007 vertreten. Der $2.7 Mrd.-Börsengang des Versicherers PZU SA fand nur zwei Monate nach Gründung des Warschauer Büros statt, das insgesamt 36. Büro von K&L Gates.
