Osborne Clarke has advised CBRE Group, Inc. on data privacy law aspects in connection with its announced acquisition of J&J Worldwide Services from Arlington Capital Partners. The initial purchase price is US$800 million plus a potential earn-out of up to US$250 million, if certain performance thresholds are met.
