Hamburg 06.10.2010: Watson, Farley & Williams hat die Allianz Specialised Investments Limited, London, UK, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Allianz SE, bei dem Erwerb zweier Windparks in Deutschland von der REH Global Limited, Douglas, Isle of Man, beraten. Die Windparks haben eine Kapazität von 40,5 MW.

Der Erwerb der Windparks „Kirf“ und „Kesfeld“ erfolgte durch den Kauf aller Gesellschaftsanteile an den Projektgesellschaften Windpark Kirf GmbH & Co. KG sowie Windpark Kesfeld – Heckhuscheid GmbH & Co. KG. Die Parteien haben Stillschweigen in Bezug auf weitere Einzelheiten der Transaktion vereinbart.

Das Team von Watson, Farley & Williams wurde von Dr. Marcus Bechtel, Partner in der International Corporate Group, geleitet. Dr. Bechtel wurde von Gerrit Bartsch, Partner der International Tax Group sowie Thomas Hollhorst, Partner der International Project & Structured Finance Group unterstützt. Zum Team gehörten des Weiteren die Associates Kilian Libal, Cathrin Krüger, Dr. Christine Bader, Dr. Wolfram Böge (Corporate), Falko Keller (Tax) und Clemens Schumacher (Project & Structured Finance).

Es handelt sich hierbei um die fünfte Transaktion in Deutschland, bei der Allianz Specialised Investments Limited durch das in Hamburg ansässige Team von Watson, Farley & Williams beraten wurde. Die vorhergehenden Transaktionen betrafen den Erwerb der Windparkprojekte „Pröttlin I“ (20MW), „Pröttlin II“ (4 MW), „Quitzow“ (24 MW) sowie „Werder- Zinndorf“ (30 MW), jeweils von der Denker & Wulf AG.
